I have been an artist and drafter since the 90’s and I was getting tired of replacing my fineliners and carrying around a whole bunch of different pens for different purposes. I thought this pen might be a gimmick, but the idea of using my own fountain pen ink and being able to switch out the tips was too hard to resist. I am absolutely thrilled I gave this a shot! I have just ordered a second one so that I have the equivalent of 4 pens in my kit. I want to also add that I was using the kaweco liliput because it didn’t take up much space, and while it is shorter and slightly thinner, the lumos mini would be a far better option for sketching on the go. I will be ordering a mini for my journal pocket to replace my liliput.
Yes, it is pricey, but I believe it is absolutely worth it!
