1. product must be identical to that sold by Buchan’s Kerrisdale Stationery (e.g. defined as same model, brand, size and attributes) and must be in-stock and available for immediate sale and delivery
2. price must be in Canadian dollars and will be adjusted to account for any fees, taxes and shipping fee
3. special offers(such as bundled offers, rebates, coupons) may be excluded at the discretion of Buchan’s Kerrisdale Stationery. All the same conditions, or qualification of original offer will apply
4. does not apply to advertising that states “limited supply”, “clearance”, “closing sale”,”Anniversary sale” or similar concepts
*advertising error or misprint will not be recognized
5. price match guarantee limited to one per customer, per item, per day
6. price match excludes some of online selling platforms where non-official dealers can sell products such as eBay, Marketplace sellers, Craigslist and Amazon
7. competitor/store must be an authorized reseller based in Canada or US – whose authorization we reserve the right to verify
8. Buchan’s Kerrisdale Stationery will not go below the price policy set by brands. If a brand’s policy prohibits selling their products below a certain percentage off the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP), we will adhere to that policy
Buchan’s Kerrisdale Stationery reserves the right to confirm that all conditions have been met and not price match if any conditions cannot be verified.
