Adorning landscapes with its vibrant hues and captivating hearts with its rich history, the Lily of the Incas serves as the perfect inspiration for the namesake BENU creation.
Also known as Alstroemeria, this delicate marvel dates back to the Inca civilization, when it was revered as a divine gift from the Sun God. The Incas cherished its presence not only for its radiance but also for its believed otherworldly capabilities — from invisibility to the power of shape-shifting. And if that wasn’t nearly enough, The Incas also believed that this natural wonder brought about good fortune and prosperity.
In capturing its ancient allure, our latest BENU creation incorporates the flower's seed powder into the pen's material. And who knows? In doing so, we may feel the echos of ancient Incan magic, guiding us on our journey through life's ever-unfolding mysteries, and infusing each pen stroke with its mystical essence.
Disclaimer: we don't claim that this item or the substance added to the material has any real supernatural power. This collection and the pens in it were created as a tribute to the ancient myths, legends, and tales that we used as inspiration for the design.

This is my first Benu pen, and I absolutely love it! There is a lovely balanced feeling in my hand, even when posted, and no feedback from this fine nib. Writing is smooth and comfortable with very good and consistent ink flow. Benu has never been on my list of must-have pens. However, when I saw the Lily of the Incas and began my research on the brand, I found a new appreciation for what the creators present. I am smitten, impressed, and currently looking to purchase another pen.
